With the Christmas tree put away for another year, part two of the federal election campaign is in full swing. Party leaders and candidates are circling the country in a frantic three-week push to get your vote on Jan. 23.

Firefighters strengthen communities

Volunteer firefighters up and down the Coast deserve recognition year-round, and this week especially, for the tireless work they put in during the new year's windstorm's power outages.

Wage raise flip flop
