Editor: I like the part of the current Gospel Rock proposal that would protect approximately 36 per cent of the land in Block 7 as privately held greenbelt, but I find it odd that the Town’s term sheet appears to allow the development of proposed lot

Editor: It hasn’t happened yet but if it does it will be a real game changer for the lower Sunshine Coast. The opportunity to have a world-class passive park on “the top of the world” in Gibsons will be lost.

Editor: I attended the public hearing on May 9 at the Gibsons Legion to address the bylaw amendment for Eagleview Heights. I presented the O’Shea/Oceanmount Community Association’s (OOCA) position on the matter and the developer provided their case.

Editor: Easter Sunday I planned to attend my church service. Instead, I found myself riding by ambulance to Sechelt Hospital.
