I like the part of the current Gospel Rock proposal that would protect approximately 36 per cent of the land in Block 7 as privately held greenbelt, but I find it odd that the Town’s term sheet appears to allow the development of proposed lots at the northeast corner on Gower Point Road before the protection for the 36 per cent is in place. I don’t know why I’m distrustful, though – it’s not as if Block 7 has had a history of angel food proposals topped with colourful frosting.
