Editor: Congratulations on an excellent and on point editorial (Coast Reporter, April 12) about the proposed "rapid change" to create an instant traffic nightmare in downtown Sechelt.

Editor: The proposed new wastewater treatment plant will operate for 50-plus years. In that time there will be a spill. There will be a mechanical breakdown, a power outage and/or a scheduled maintenance when a tank full of raw sewage must be dumped.
