Editor: I have been a spokesman for fish most of my adult life, but now I am speaking on behalf of cyclists -the pedal kind.

Editor: I have been working directly with the homeless population on the Coast since the summer of 2010. In September 2011 our federal funding was not renewed. Since then funding has been sporadic and minimal, yet the problem remains.
