Editor: On the heels of Bike to Work Week, employers should be asking what they can do to join the party. Employees who bike to work are more productive and take fewer sick days than their driving colleagues.

Editor: Re: Community members strategize to oust Harper (Coast Reporter, May 29). We voted against Hen-derson, Albertans voted against their Conservative government, now Jef Keighley proposes that we vote against Harper.

Editor: Whenever a subject arises that has opposing viewpoints, whether it’s The George or cutting down trees, people think it’s OK to call into question the objectivity of the engineer presenting his report without any basis for the accusation.

Editor: Bill C-51, Harper’s Anti-Terrorism Act, is a seriously flawed and potentially dangerous bill.

Editor: With an election soon approaching I find it astounding how little mention there is of the ever more perilous effects of climate change and acidifying oceans. Politicians seem to be riveted on the economy and jobs.
