'Sundy was happiest in fast cars and on motorcycles, sharing a laugh around a campfire, spending a day out crabbing and prawning on the boat, getting her hands dirty gardening (no one grew more beautiful dahlias and roses), cooking delicious meals for those she loved, and spending quality time with her grandchildren.'

July 24, 2023 It is with sad hearts that we announce the passing of Barbara Aebi (nee Pybus). She leaves behind many family and friends. A celebration of her life will be held at Bethel Baptist Church.

'Jette happily married Roderick Waterston in 1980, and she and Roddy became expert cruisers as they explored the world together. Jette was an accomplished cook and could always be relied upon for a delicious meal.'

'Bud is sorely missed by not only his family, but everyone who came across him - whether he was repairing your guitar or harp, playing music with you, or sharing a beer with you, he had a unique way of making people feel comfortable. He had a reputation for being honest and reliable - at the same time, he was modest almost to a fault, always giving others credit before his own.'

'During and prior to Leo’s retirement he served for many years as a Power Squadron leader, member of the Provincial Emergency Support Services, Coast Guard Coxswain for search and rescue in Gibsons area and later worked for RCMP. In retirement he was also a volunteer at Christenson Village seniors home and an Ambassador for BC Ferries.'

'Mildred's passion was gardening and cooking. She also loved travelling. One of Mildred's greatest thrills was riding a camel while on African safari in 2018 at the age of 83.'

March 13, 1940 - July 26, 2023 Andy was liberated from the cursed affliction affecting him (Parkinsons with Lewy Body dementia), dying peacefully in his wife’s arms on Wednesday morning.
