In newly opened dog park, legacy of beloved local dog trainer lives on

Ardent local animal advocate Jane Bowers was known for her compassion, dedication and knowledge. After receiving 75 letters to council, District of Sechelt named its new dog park in her honour. The park opened with a celebration June 19.
