Editor: I'd like to thank Coast Reporter for its question of the week, especially as they try to model it on "hot" current issues. I am often surprised by the results.

Editor: Recently I had a medical issue and was placed in a CCU (Critical Care) room in the new St. Mary's Hospital. The CCU room is a design disaster and those who designed and who approved the construction of the facility should be ashamed.

Editor: In response to the Town of Gibsons and Rogers' proposal to put a multi-use telecommunications tower at the Gibsons fire hall, I say we're already at maximum capacity. I live six houses down from the fire hall with my four kids.
