Clinic starts Jan. 7

The BMO Sunshine Coast April Fool's Run clinic starts Jan. 7 at 9 a.m. at Trail Bay Source for Sports. This 12-week, half-marathon clinic will help participants prepare for the Fool's Run, novice to advanced.
