Editor: Our beaches up and down the Coast have become a convenient dumpsite for every major industry, judging by the amount of debris that washes up on theshoresafter every storm.

Wouldn't it be nice if people were responsible for picking up and disposing of their garbage in a safe and legal way? Is it too much to ask? I don't think so.
