Editor: This letter was sent to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. With my local newspaper, the Coast Reporter, I received today a sale flyer from www.proutdoors.com based in Powell River.

Editor: This letter was sent to Sechelt Mayor Darnelda Siegers and council. Zoom disenfranchises so many people in Sechelt.

For much of the general public, the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on seniors in care is measured solely by the number of deaths and care-home outbreaks, and whatever it takes to prevent both is worth it.

Even 10 months of strong growth, booming revenues and a healthy safety cushion weren’t enough to stave off a deficit when COVID-19 hit B.C. in the last few weeks of the fiscal year.

Editor: This letter was sent to the SCRD board. I wish to object in the strongest possible terms to the SCRD’s unfair and unjust decision to reopen all the aquatic centres along the Sunshine Coast except for the one in Gibsons.
