Owners are always responsible to clean up after their dogs if they have an accident in public spaces. There are volunteers that will walk dogs for seniors.'

Thank you, IGA! Last weekend while shopping at the IGA in Wilson Creek, I stumbled and fell. Almost immediately, two male staff members were there to help, saying that they both had First Aid certification.
