Elphi finishes strong at provincials

The Elphi wrestling team has just completed its most successful season in school history. Six wrestlers picked up medals at the AA provincial championships in Kamloops recently, bringing an end to a season for the ages.

SIB athletes in search of gold

Athletes from the Sechelt Indian Band (SIB) are searching for gold in Colorado this July. A total of 21 soccer players, ranging in age from 13 to 18 have been selected to be a part of Team B.C. for the 2006 North American Indigenous Games (NAIG).

Canadians edge Raiders

The Inlet Raiders have yet to find the winning formula to beat the North Vancouver Canadians. But at least this year's contest was closer. The Canadians edged the Raiders 6-4 in an entertaining contest last Saturday night at the Sunshine Coast Arena.
