High school and elementary school athletes are putting in solid results after several successful meets in the Lower Mainland.

The U16 Blaze finished in seventh place at last weekend's Tier 1A provincial championships. The Blaze, part of the Sunshine Coast Volleyball Club, were ranked fifth among 16 teams heading into the event.
