Police seeking jewellery thief

There was a break and enter to Nitestar Galleries on Cowrie Street in Sechelt on Sept. 13 sometime between 3 a.m. and 7 a.m. Sunshine Coast RCMP said an alarm was activated when the thief broke in to the jewellery store by way of the front door. Cpl.

Vandals target highway signs

Sunshine Coast RCMP are reporting a case of major vandalism which saw 22 highway signs knocked down along Highway 101 last week. The incidents occurred sometime during the night of Sept. 6 or the morning of Sept. 7.
