Dozens of new street banners now grace the lampposts in Sechelt. Titled Raven and Salmon, the original artworks featured on the banners are the creation of local designer Lydia Avsec (COPILOT Design).

The Three Wise Men and their gifts provide the theme of the Choral Gifts Concert by A Cappella Strait and Choralations Children’s Choir, to be performed twice this weekend, on Friday, Dec. 6 at St. Hilda’s Anglican Church in Sechelt, at 7 p.m.

The annual medieval Christmas music show Winter Harp is back, on Saturday Nov. 30 at 2:30 p.m. at Raven’s Cry Theatre in Sechelt. Voices, harps, flutes, violins and rare instruments combine in poetry, percussion and song.
