Antiques Roadshow coming to Sechelt

The Sunshine Coast Museum and Archives is holding its annual Antiques and Collectables Roadshow on Saturday, Feb. 15 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Trail Bay Centre in Sechelt.

Guests at the Chocolat event at Sunnycrest Mall Feb. 8 sampled sweets from six local chocolate creators. Several other pop-up shops included cookies from Nougatine, hand-rolled pierogi from Mama Musey and flavoured alcohol from Bruinwood Distillery.

Halfmoon Bay: No pickleball on Monday

Pickleball is cancelled on Monday, Feb. 17, as the school will be closed for Family Day. It will resume regular days, Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., subject to closure due to weather conditions. Check with HMBCommunity.org for updates.
