Plant, Paddle and Pulverise for the Planet is taking place on March 25 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at IGA in Gibsons or on March 31 from 3:45 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at IGA in Madeira Park.

The Sunshine Coast Rapids Lacrosse board of directors are seeking adults and teens for referee training. We will start the 2023 season understaffed on referees for all age groups.
