Letter: Ferry change nonsensical

'In what mind set does delaying a ferry by 40 minutes relieve congestion? Surely that will give more people the chance to get there. The only way to reduce congestion is to run more ferries like the summer schedule. Give the poor commuters a break and let them get home and relax.'
