The 14th annual April Tools Wooden Boat Challenge is this Saturday, April 25 starting at 10 a.m. at Millennium Park (Govt Dock).

The Madeira Park Legion is open Saturday. Come for lunch and stay for the meat and bake table draw. On Sunday, coffee is on at 11 a.m. and the meat draw is on at 1:30 p.m. Call the Legion at 604-883-2235 for more information.
The next Women’s Connection Gathering is on April 28 at 10 a.m. at the School of Music in Madeira Park.
Annaliese Hasler, a nurse practitioner from Vancouver Coastal Health and the Pender Harbour Health Centre will discuss a variety of health benefits and what women should look out for to maintain their health as the years go by. Women face unique health issues beginning at age 50 and throughout the rest of their lives. In addition to your age, your family health history can influence your health risks in the years ahead. So can your lifestyle before and after menopause.
Join in the fun of the ukulele group on Tuesdays from 3 to 4 p.m. at the Harbour Learning Centre. All ages and all abilities are invited to this free group as you learn to play and have a great time doing so.
Ladies night at the Sechelt Rod and Gun Club is every Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at a cost of $25.
Also Wednesday nights, drop in and play pickleball at Pender Harbour Secondary School from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Harbourside Friendship is at the Community Hall on April 30.
