Next Sunday, May 5, walkers of all ages on the Sunshine Coast will be joining thousands of Canadians across the country in the national annual Hike for Hospice.

April at the Botanical Garden runs the gamut - from two sessions about our animal inhabitants to a Mad Hatter's garage sale. The mad-cap garage sale is Saturday, April 20, from 9 a.m. to noon at the Sparling Pavilion, 5941 Mason Rd. in West Sechelt.
