What are your priorities if elected?

Bring a reliable source of water and a large reservoir to store it.    

Should Sechelt facilitate creation of more affordable housing? How?

Yes. It's called densification in appropriate locations. Apartment buildings.

Should Sechelt prepare for climate change? If so how?

That is a tough question to answer as we do not know what the sun has in store for us in the future.

Is Sechelt managing growth appropriately?

No, which is evident by the lack of affordable apartment homes.    

How would you balance pushback on development with need for housing?

Freeze all large developments until a solution to water retention is in place.

What is the greatest infrastructure challenge facing Sechelt?

We need water, sewer and roadways to keep pace with population growth.    

What do you wish we'd asked you?

How do you think the former council members did their job while in the stewardship of our tax dollars in previous terms and why would we trust them again?
