Editor: As a distant observer of what happens in Gibsons, I was interested to read local reaction to the proposal by Klaus Fuerniss and his hotel.

We believe in hotel project

Editor: We have never written a letter to the editor before, but when we read the letters that express a negative view of the proposed George Hotel for our waterfront, we felt we had to speak up.
Swept under the rug

Swept under the rug

Editor: I was disappointed to read (Coast Reporter, Sept. 14) that any plans for passing a no-trapping bylaw have been effectively swept under the rug.
