Editor: We sent a letter to the premier (no stamp needed) and we encourage all Coasters to do the same. We have family on the Island and on the Mainland, who would like to visit us more often, but balk at the cost. Therefore we see them less.

Editor: I am a once-a-week, year-round, commuter to Gambier Island via Gibsons. Previously we made our trip from Vancouver in our boat at a fuel cost of $100 return.
