'Responsible pet owners keep their dogs clean and use modern medicines to kill ticks and fleas. They discourage excess barking and leave their dogs with friends when they need to be out. Owners are always responsible to clean up after their dogs if they have an accident in public spaces. There are volunteers that will walk dogs for seniors.'
