According to the District of Sechelt's web page, the population is 8,544 persons. A survey of 211 respondents is equal to 2.4 per cent of the population. Is this sufficient a demographic to warrant changing the character of downtown?
I would like to know when this survey was taken and by whom - and whose cockamamie idea was it in the first place? Is it another initiative of the present council to improve Sechelt?
