What's the problem?

BC Parks encourages and accepts the ship to promote its marine park, the First Nations are in favour, our navy will honour an old friend, the marine habitat is enhanced by the infrastructure, the NIMBYs are OK with the project (except put it somewhere else). The tourist industry and diving industry are delighted. The scientific community is eager to monitor the site. Thousands of volunteer hours are not wasted. The lawyers are collecting their huge fees.
