Your May 1 column (“Coasters can’t get a bathroom break”) reminded me that I have been meaning to write the SCRD Parks Department and the Town of Gibsons to thank staff for keeping washrooms open (I have used those at Shirley Macy Park and at Armours Beach), and scrupulously clean. Nice to know that they are there and accessible.
