I love my country, but fear my government. Is anyone concerned that Stephen Harper is sticking our nose into Mali? I thought we were supposed to be a peace-keeping country? Well, we are not. Since he has been elected, we are now blindly following NATO into all the conflicts on the planet.
The latest Mali incursion by the French is for several reasons - resources, resources and helping the U.S. establish itself for their "Africom" ambitions. The French power their country with uranium, and guess what? They have already secured the uranium mines for the large corporate companies that have been shut out by previous Mali governments. Now they are liberated.
Harper is spending money when it should be used to help Canadians.
