Has some explanation emerged over the past month of how the Town of Gibsons’ 2014 estimate of total costs to the George developer, which was in the range of $3 million, became whatever benefits the Town can currently demonstrate having received?
The ability of both the mayor and CAO to compose “Hey, look over there!” routines on short notice is unquestionable. But after the local theatre awards are handed out, does any answer of substance remain?
