An admirable young man


I’d like to take a moment to offer my heartfelt admiration to Thomas Lavric of Sechelt for his farewell letter in the Sept. 4 edition of the Coast Reporter (“Time to say goodbye”). He has shown a tremendous strength of character in writing to the paper, which he worked at for 10 years, to personally thank his employer and the customers he delivered the paper to. He exemplifies what we hope to see in all our young people going forward into a very unpredictable world these days. I wish him the greatest success in his future endeavours and feel Thomas will undoubtedly be an extremely valuable asset to any new employer.
