Bridge would spark development grand,
Building, paving o’re the land.
Bridgeless now, Howe Sound moat,
Only access thus by boat.
Bridge would bring the city near,
No ferry crossing thus to fear.
Would urbanize our coast like city,
Loss of village life a pity.
Freeway up to Halfmoon Bay,
Rural setting gone I’d say.
