Thank you to Sophie Woodrooffe for her informative report on this issue.
I do not understand how it can cost 43 per cent more to maintain less water supply.
This is not the year for such a drastic increase in our bills. Many people are struggling to pay for essentials.
There seems to be a lack of empathy on the part of the SCRD.
