Editor: I would like to give some free advice to managers of retail businesses on the Coast from my years of experience as an internal auditor and fraud examiner. Your staff should never be allowed to ask a customer if they want their receipt.

Editor: I have been meaning to write this letter for a long time, but never got around to it. I would like to thank the craftsmen who rebuilt the 300 steps up the steep south side of Soames Hill. They have done a fantastic job.

Editor: Christy Clark’s government is a government without a heart. She doesn’t care that kids can’t go to school because there is not enough money going into education.

Editor: I find it very disappointing to see the changes to our local recycling with the new Multi-Material BC (MMBC) program.
