Kai Hildebrant, Kaiden Perrett, Madison MacDonald and Jessica Macdonald at the first week of the Chapman Creek Hatchery summer camps hosted by the Sunshine Coast Salmonid Enhancement Society.
The camps started this week and will run through August. The camps provide an immersion into freshwater, forest and ocean ecosystems through scientific investigation and inquiry, exploration and observation, creativity, outdoor games, and outdoor skill building activities.
Families can register for half days or full days. Upcoming dates are Aug. 8 to 12, 15 to 19, and 22 to 26.
