Summer Solstice Yoga

Come out Sunday, June 19 for a free, outdoor yoga jam in celebration of summer solstice from 10 to 11 a.m. on Trail Bay Pier in Sechelt.

All are welcome at this family-friendly event. Mats will be provided. All you need to bring is yourself (plus water, hat, sunscreen and sunglasses).

This free event will be a self-guided practice. Come play with your favourite poses and styles of yoga, meditate for the hour, or take savasana the whole time – whatever you like.

No need to pre-register, just show up. In case of stormy weather, participants will relocate to Blissful Yoga on Dolphin Street near Inlet Avenue.
