Skater of the Month for January, Heidi is 12 years old and in Grade 7 at Cedar Grove Elementary.
Heidi is respectful of her teammates and coaches. She shows leadership skills, and always brings a positive attitude. The Junior Academy skater shows patience and determination, and has a good work ethic.
“I love jumping, spinning and field moves. I very much enjoy my coaches and that my parents support me learning to skate,” Heidi said.
When she is not skating, she goes to dance and enjoys spending time with her family.
