Girija Edwards-Hooley of Gibsons (right) presents the Phil Edwards Memorial Trophy for Track Athlete of the Year, named after her father, to Cam Levins of Campbell River during the Pan Am Games in Toronto.
Levins holds the Canadian record for the 10,000 metre at 27:07, smashing the previous record, and won bronze at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
