Deanna Harvey from Coast Reporter reeled in a beauty this past weekend – a just over 30 pound spring salmon (Tyee).
At press time she still had not divulged her fishing hole but did say she was trolling at approximately 80 feet using a green hoochie.
Harvey and her partner Chad Geres brought in five spring over the weekend, weighing in over 70 pounds total in salmon.
“They’re definitely out there,” she said, “just in time for barbecue season.”
