The Sechelt Hospital Foundation Golf Tournament and Coast Health Celebration, held at Blue Ocean Golf Club on Saturday, Sept. 10, raised more than $25,000.
The event brought out 96 golfers and over 100 participants and event volunteers, including five teams of hospital staff and health care managers who were on the golf course with interactive and lively presentations demonstrating what they do.
The Sechelt Hospital Foundation Board of Directors and Staff are very appreciative of everyone who participated in Saturday’s Golf Tournament and Coast Health Celebration.
It was a pleasure to see everyone out on Saturday, whether you golfed, dined, volunteered, played in the sandbox or sand traps.
With this event, the Foundation set out to build greater awareness of Sechelt Hospital and Sechelt Hospital Foundation, foster greater connection and sense of inclusivity with the staff members who deliver health care on the Coast, as well as to raise funds for visible and valuable health care improvement.
