Erin Clark received a first place medal on Feb. 19 in the B.C. Power Lifting Association Winter Open, Bench Only contest. She’s pictured here with coach Pete Williams. At the meet Clark set a new provincial record, bench-pressing 187.6 lbs. She trains with Valhalla in Sechelt and says she’s just one of many teammates in the gym pushing their limits and achieving their goals.
