'After he retired, Cliff turned to his new passion, boat building. His first project was building a tug boat. The Trader Vic still plies the waters off the Sunshine Coast. Cliff also built his pride and joy, the Genie II. He not only built the boat but made all the hardware and fasteners by hand. Glenna and Cliff spent many happy times on the Genie II over the years; fishing and exploring the expansive BC Coastline.'

'Passionate about nature and art, Dougald obtained a BSc from the University of Western Ontario, moved to BC, and completed an MSc in Planning from the University of British Columbia. His different careers fuelled his love of woodworking, painting, carving, travelling and gardening.'

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Nancy Ruth Bromley on December 30, 2022

 Mom became well known for her desire and skill to help people live in their own homes.
