'He was a nomad, wandering wherever the road took him. He loved to sing, play guitar and dance. Dad met Mom at a dance in Vancouver and the rest is history ~ 75yrs worth!'

'Berni was a larger-than-life character who loved making people happy, and for many years, was a professional entertainer, playing piano and singing from the early 1950s onward, on radio, tv and stages around Canada.'

'Mike was a man of many passions. He curled, raced sailboats, played guitar, and liked his music loud. He loved the ocean, rock and roll, blues and travelling. He was passionate about sailing.'

'Mom was up for anything, whether it was painting a fence, getting new chickens or late-night hockey games, she was always there.'
