SCRD to appeal court ruling on Sakinaw Lake permit matter

On Dec 9, the Sunshine Coast Regional District (SCRD) notified Coast Reporter that it has decided to appeal the Dec. 1 Supreme Court decision related to permitting on Lorna Vanderhaeghe’s residential property at Sakinaw Lake.
