Next Saturday, Nov. 23 a wreath-making session at the Sunshine Coast Botanical Garden is again offered for beginning or advanced creators with instruction, assistance, and all the materials you need to make a living festive wreath to last the whole season.
The classroom will overflow with a profusion of scented sprigs, twisty twigs and bright berries, bringing all the colours, textures, scents and surprises of nature for you to choose for your creation. All you need is a pair of hand pruners, and warm clothes for this indoor/outdoor session.
Registration is required, as space is limited to 20. Class runs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., with cheery refreshments included. Cost is $50 for members; $60 for non-members. Memberships are available for as little as $15. Call 604-740-3969 or email [email protected] to reserve your space.
