February 18, 1942 - February 19, 2024
Jim was the second youngest of nine children born at home in Sifton, Manitoba. He attended the University of Manitoba, graduated from the Nova Scotia College of Art & Design, and was a retired member of Boilermakers Lodge 359. A solitary man, he enjoyed music, art, reading, gardening, DIY projects, outdoor activities with family and friends. Jim is mourned by his wife of 38 years, Doreen MacLauchlan, her family and numerous nieces and nephews. Special thank you to Dr. John Hourigan and the nurses at Sechelt Hospital.
