Isabel left home to work for the BBC in London, then as a private secretary in Libya, Gold Coast Africa and Hong Kong. There she met her husband Graham. They eventually emmigrated to Canada, finally retiring in Sechelt in 1992. Isabel belonged to the Sechelt Hospital Auxillary where she worked in the gift shop.

Isabel's family would like to express their appreciation for the wonderful care she received to remain in her own home where she was happiest until her final days.

No words can suffice to express the unstinting loyalty and devotion, often beyond the call of duty, she received from Ann Burdett. Lisa, Ladda, Gail and Merci were all valuable team members including Dr. Forgie, as well as Vancouver Coastal Health. Vists from her foot specialist, Linda were an anticipated pleasure she loved.

A memorial service will be held at St. Hilda's Anglican Church, Sechelt on Friday, November 25th at 12 noon.
