Capilano University and Sunshine Coast Community Services co-hosted their first ever Light up the Tree! holiday block party last Thursday, Dec. 1 on the grounds of Capilano’s kálax-ay campus in Sechelt. Dozens of neighbours bundled up and stopped by for excellent live music, delicious food & drink, kiddie crafts – and a visit from the Sechelt Fire Department!
