'Shen had a great passion for reading, music and opera. She was fascinated by Middle Eastern history and art and the current state of geopolitics world wide. In short, Shen was a true scholar.'

'Considered a giant of the mining industry, for over 40 years, Tookie brought a tremendous passion to everything he did, including structuring, financing, and advising on many significant business ventures.'

On April 4, 2023 Chris Robert John Junnila passed away in Gibsons, BC, at 51 years.

'She was the epitome of love, kindness, and selflessness, and her smile could light up even the darkest room.'

'Vi was pretty and personable, a natural in sales and had a varied career; Woodward’s, The Bay, Hastings Race Track and modelling for newspaper ads. She always had a job, but managed to drop everything in July so the family could spend summers near the beach on the Sunshine Coast.'

Gord was born on April 21, 1960, in Trail, B.C., to his predeceased parents, Norman and Amy Poole and spent time in Remac, Britannia, Squamish, the Sunshine Coast and finally, Campbell River.

'Their dedication to, and respect for, the real people (your husbands, wives, moms, dads, friends) living in long-term care is profoundly appreciated by the residents and family members.'
